They must not be used for any purpose without my prior agreement. This includes downloading them from this website and displaying, storing or using them in any form, be it printed or electronic.

Please contact me if you would like to use my photographs in any way. I will always try to accommodate you.

Some bona fide charities and wildlife conservation organizations may be able use my photos free of charge, with a photography credit and link to this site. Please contact me for details.

After purchasing one of my images:

For your protection and mine, please place a copyright notice somewhere on the page that includes my image (printed, screen, or web page), so that others will know it is a licensed and protected image. A copyright notice is to let others know that you plan to protect your product (which may include your design, text, graphics, and my images) from unauthorized copying and use by others. Without this notice, your design and my images stand the chance of falling into the public domain (especially when published on the internet)!

When you license one of my images, this gives you the right to display a copyright in your own name. Proper copyright notices must include the copyright symbol or word, your name or company name, and year your product was published, for example: "© Your Name 2007".

To receive the full protection of the Copyright Act, you may wish to register your copyright with the U.S. Copyright Office.

For editorial use of my images in magazines, newspapers and books I request that a credit line or copyright notice, in my name, be included, and I would appreciate mention of this website's address: www.rpf-wildlife-photos.com
